Slow Folk
Sauna & Bath
Opening in Autumn, 2026

A small, community-focused bathhouse for Brunswick locals. It offers a shared sauna, cold bath, and space to rest, designed for regular use and built for calm connection. Open daily from 7am to 10pm, Slow Folk is self-guided rather than spa-style. It’s made for locals to use often, meet familiar faces, and find a steady rhythm of heat, cold, and rest.
Being membership focused helps us keep the space familiar, cared for and open longer. A place to return to regularly and share with people who value the same things: warmth, balance, and community. Members check in and use the space as if it’s an extension of home – simple, steady, and part of a common rhythm.
Staff are on site during busier times, with quiet care to keep everything clean and in rhythm. The atmosphere is relaxed and social: some come for quiet, others for conversation.
